1. Purchased Goods
A D-LinkShop customer may return a purchased product only in accordance with D-Link Canada Inc.’s 30-Day Return Policy, in effect on the date of the invoice.
D-Link Canada’s Return Policy states that the customer has 30 days from the invoice date to return the merchandise for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all returned item(s), freight charges, and restocking fees.
2. Purchased Services
D-Link TechConnect premium service is a fee based technical support consultation. All service package sales are considered final and cannot be refunded.
